Bing and Yahoo, in compliance with the European "Right to be Forgotten" rules, has begun to remove series of web search results. Google had already begun the process back when the new rule back in may that said that Search Engines were to remove sites upon request. So when are we getting that here?

I'd love to make a request to move a few sites that are ahead of me in Google, how do I get a hold of them to do this? Is there a phone number that I call or something?

From my understanding, only the site owners are able to make the request. However, I could have read it wrong. Just go to the European Google website and search for it. There seems to be a form of some sort you have to fill out.
